What are the trading hours at Itsara?

We're open 6 nights (closed Monday)
Pick-up & Delivery: Order From 5pm for food orders
DINE-IN: From 5.30pm

How do we book a table?

You can call us on 0863892441 from 9am or book online anytime here > RESERVATIONS

What is a Pre-authorisation payment?

Pre-authorisation is applied to bookings of 6 guests or more.
Funds will be verified, but not charged to your card at this time.

If I sit in the garden area will I be comfortable?

Yes! Our garden area is fully enclosed & climate controlled
  • HEATED IN WINTER & COOLED IN SUMMER, perfect for all seasons
    • Opening the bi-fold windows onto the alfresco creates a seamless transition from garden to dining room no matter the weather.
    Our garden of Palms, Ferns, Trees & Orchids of all types is tropical Thailand in Perth

    Where can I park?

    There is a small amount of parking at the rear of the restaurant on Hibertia Lane
    • Clifton Street has many bays fee free after 6pm
    • Meriewa Street has a further 20 bays available

    Are you a licenced venue?

    We are a fully licenced venue, offering
    • a range of local craft & international Beers & Ciders
    • a full compliment of Spirits
    • a curated wine list matched to our menu with wines by the glass
    • zero alcohol & Gluten Free beer is available

    It's a special occasion, can I BYO wine?

    • BYO wine is welcome every TUESDAY with a $10 corkage per bottle.
    • Groups of 12 or more guests will not be BYO, we have drinks packages availible if required
    • Special events will not be BYO if they fall on Tuesday - Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Chirstmas, New Year
    • Non Alcohilic drinks are not permitted to BYO

    We're celebrating, can we bring our own cake?

    You're welcome to bring a cake along, it will incur a $3.5 charge per person.
    Why? Our desserts are on avg. are $14 each if you don't wish to purchase our house made fare then we charge a small fee.
    We can also make a cake for you, jut give us 1 weeks notice and our kicthen will do the rest

    Are there Gluten free option suitable for Ceoliac?

    Yes certainly, all of our entree and main are gluten free, this includes our sauces and pastes
    In fact the only dish on our dine in menu with gluten is a dessert
    - Thai Tea Crepe layer cake

    Can you cater for my dietary requirments?

    If you have allergies to Shellfish & peanuts, intolerance to dairy, vegan/vegetarian or just can't do corriander, we've got you covered
    Talk to our staff prior to booking to make sure they fully understand your needs, we're here to make you feel confident about dining with us.

    Do you have dining options for Vegetarian / Vegan?

    Yes, we have many dishes available for vegetarian / vegan. All of our vegetarian dishes are also Vegan, there are no animal products, dairy or eggs in them.
    Aside from what is marked * on the menu we have a number of off menu items available
    Talk to our staff prior to booking to make sure they fully understand your needs, we're here to make you feel confident about dining with us.

    Can I book a group or function at Itsara?

    You can book the entire restaurant or just one space.
    We always recommend that larger parties are seated in our Alfresco area
    which is undercover and protected from the elements, it's beautiful and very comfortable - pictures on our socials

    Does everyone have to be on the 'Let Us Impress' banquet?

    The following are the times when you will be asked to have our 'Let Us Impress' menu in order to book a table:
    • Bookings of 12 or more guests Sunday - Thursday
    • Bookings of 8 or more guests Friday & Saturday night

    All other times you can enjoy à la carte or our 'Let Us Impress' banquet menu.
    From an initmate dinner for two or a large celebration of 50 guests can order our popular banquet menu

    Can I get food to go from Itsara?

    Yes we offer a pick-up & delivery service, orders can be made anytime during the day or night & even forward ordered
    • PICK-UP: 1st orders will be ready from 5:50pm
    • DELIVERY: 1st orders will be delived @ 6.00pm ( A small fee applies to get delivery to your door)
